A QR Code is a matrix code or we can say that it is a two-dimensional bar code which is created by Japanese corporation Denso-Wave in 1994.
QR--> Quick Response , it is intially used to trap tracking parts in vehicle manufacturing .QR Codes storing addresses and URLs may appear in magazines, on signs, buses, business cards or just about any object that a user might need information about. A user having a camera phone equipped with the correct reader software can scan the image of the QR Code causing the phone's browser to launch and redirect to the programmed URL. Mobile devices can store pictures and videos, but viewing them on such a small screen isn’t ideal. Microvision, based in Redmond, WA, hopes to solve this problem with a microprojector the company plans to reveal at next year’s Consumer Electronics Show.
